NACI sign service contract with Knight Frank LLP for provision of air conditioning inspections.

NACI have secured a 3 year service contract for the provision of air conditioning inspections and reports to leading global property consultancy Knight Frank LLP and its various clients. Knight Frank

NACI have initially been tasked with ensuring that Knight Frank’s trophy buildings portfolio, which includes some of the highest profile buildings in the country, is fully compliant with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations with additional portfolios to follow throughout the term. The work will see improved efficiency, increased cost savings and increased carbon savings for the property specialists.

Recognising the importance and value of independent inspections, NACI will complement the installation and maintenance worked carried out by Knight Frank’s existing FM/M&E contractors.

To ensure that their clients obtain real value from their inspections, Knight Frank have commissioned NACI to undertake their full Energy Saver reports which identify significant savings for clients and assist with Carbon Reduction Commitment obligations. Thanks to the quality of reports, nationwide reach and project management capabilities, Knight Frank can be much more confident and assured about NACI’s ability to react swiftly to the demands of business growth.
