Level 3 Air Conditioning Inspector
Role Summary
Seeking self-motivated, strong team players and ambitious individuals to join our Air Conditioning Inspections team. Candidates will gain extensive experience on a wide variety of challenging buildings, including projects in the public and private sectors.
Qualifications
Must be qualified to Level 3 ACEA and registered with a government approved accreditation scheme
Experience
Relevant experience in all aspects of air conditioning including design and installation, especially simple packaged split systems and controls. Familiar with UK efficiency and other standards. Experience gained working with Refrigeration or Building Services is particularly desirable.

Role
Junior Project Manager
Role Summary
The role will mainly revolve around ensuring portfolio projects are delivered on time and to quality assurance targets. The successful candidate will co-ordinate both engineers and administrative staff to ensure documents are produced to the required standard and to deadline. The ability to ensure robust control of any unexpected issues and deal pro-actively with unforeseen circumstances are essential skills in this role. A willingness to take on responsibility and to lead team members is key
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, however a recognised project management qualification such as Prince 2 will be an advantage.
Experience
Experience in a technical area is advantageous but not necessary. Prior experience in delivering large volume projects, even if just in a junior capacity, is essential together with evidence of ensuring attention to detail in delivery.
